1. Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through the My Sports official website, unless otherwise stated.


2. Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.


3. Item Condition Requirements

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and uninstalled.

  • In new and resalable condition.

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included gifts.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, worn, played with, or installed.

  • The item shows signs of damage, wear, odour, or alteration.

  • Packaging or accessories are missing.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Stringing services

  • Grips, tapes, and other consumable items

  • Customised or made-to-order products (e.g. custom string tension, special shoe sizes)


5. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers must contact My Sports before returning items for exchange.

  • Additional shipping costs for exchanges may apply.


8. Final Assessment

My Sports reserves the right to inspect and assess all returned items and make the final decision on eligibility for return, refund, or exchange.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns where there is evidence of misuse, abnormal wear, or excessive return activity.
